The walls are very thin. I had to call guest services more than 5 times to make complaints on the noise regarding the people above me and next door to me. I didn’t get any rest at all. I’m never staying here again.

Wonderful Stay!!
Attended a concert so needed a room for 1 night. We arrived at a quarter till five. The restaurant opens at 5 o’clock, so we ordered food from the bar quick and friendly service and the food hit the spot. Ordered the American cheeseburger with fries medium well they do offer other items on their dinner menu. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a king size suite I love the separation of the room from the sitting area to the bedroom and the separation of the bathroom. considering the location, it was extremely peaceful. We stayed on the 11th floor. When entering the lobby you are greeted with a pleasant aroma. Check-in was quick. there is a Starbucks Café for the coffee lovers such as myself. They offer a full breakfast and I would say it’s the best complementary breakfast Ive had. Late check out is available upon request. Two suggestions the cost of parking should be made known upfront and the toilet should be taller.

Cozy room short walk from Truist Park
Our stay for a girl’s night was lovely! The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and ample power outlets with option for usb. We also appreciated the free bottled water included with the room and full hot breakfast. Our only issues were with the pocket doors to the bathroom being difficult to open and close, one even coming off its track, and the shower handle having a backing that needed repair. Minor issues though and overall everything was clean, tidy, and cozy. We would definitely stay here again and loved walkability to and from Truist Park!
