The people at the front desk were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not clean looking, and there was no shower mat for the floor. The shower itself looked dirty, and I decided not to take a shower after all. Breakfast was good. The shuttle driver was not very friendly, but I gave him a tip anyway.

Overall stay was nice for what we needed. Expected a little noise being close to airport. However, there is a bar with loud music directly across from the hotel. It would have been nice to know this.

Waited for airport shuttle ( after numerous calls to a call centre …can’t get through to hotel direct so ended up paying for a taxi . 1st impressions not great / check in quite abrupt 1st Room awful / corridor smelt / bathroom tiny / all needs updating Moved rooms ( corridor not quite as smelly / room looked cleaner / shower still not great Overall needs complete modernising in the rooms & thorough cleaning of carpets / bathroom Not that we were going to use pool but had a look clearly not functional Gym small but clean & useable
