Hotel was otherwise very good, except they wanted to charge a daily fee of $35 for PARKING. We had to cancel reservation except for the first night and move to another hotel with free parking.

Great Hotel
Our stay was great starting with Gabby at the front desk at check-in. She made sure we knew all the info we needed for our stay such as how to get the hotel rate for parking and breakfast time. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly spacious. Breakfast is pretty good and the breakfast staff is there was also great. I would definitely stay again. I was traveling with family and had two rooms. The hotel space feels safe.

Wow! The stay was beyond my expectations. The staff were great. The cleaning crew was nice as well as the cooks. The breakfast was limited but portion size was okay. Property was nice. The staff was nice and answered any questions I had. Had a late dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. The only things I would address 1) neither nightstand lights near the bed worked. 2) the morning complimentary breakfast is very basic. I would recommend more options or even a fee to serve a better variety. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would actually stay again if in the area for business again.

I loved the hotel. It’s the best hotel I ever stayed in. I will definitely be staying here again. There are a few things I do not liked. I did not like the clinking noise coming from the bathroom vent when the vent is not running. Also,I’m not a big fan of the incidental coming out daily instead of all at once when you check into the hotel.

Refreshing Stay
While I enjoyed my stay and felt the room was clean, the bathroom light wouldnt work. I had to use the shower light. The deadbolt on the door did not work properly and the door looked as though someone was trying to break in at one time before. The paint on the wall by the door was not aesthetically pleasing and was discolored. Parking fee was a bit much. They charged an incidental fee of $50 to be refunded at the end of the stay but parking is $36. With a return of $14, I still ended up paying $50 for one night of parking in the garage. This made me feel like I was being bamboozled. Otherwise, a nice stay with great customer service!
