The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was good. Our first room the AC was broken and had to request someone to look twice before it was checked. They couldn’t fix it but did move us to another room. The carpets and walls were stained and dirty, but the bed was comfortable.

Room had no heat, when i asked for help with it the employees acted as if i was an idiot. Note, i am HVAC certified. Was told they would comp the room, didnt follow through. Still had to pay and delt with a freezing room.

Though the room was little dated, it was comfortable and clean. Its fall/winter season, it would have been nice if they provided body lotion in the bathrooms, it's pretty standard in most hotels. Breakfast was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to say the least.

check in process was horrible. they gave way our room, we had to downgrade and received no compensation. they put us in a dirty room twice. the phone didn't work. the sheets were dirty. staff was friendly, that was about the only good thing.

The sheets were dirty. The pillow case was dirty. I had to cover it with some clothes of mine. The towels were dirty I literally had to air dry. The breakfast area was ghetto. The worker and a boy had got into it. And was saying that they have guns and we where just trying to finish and leave before something goes down.
