Our hosts Sylvie and Pierre were wonderful - friendly and helpful, and on hand if we had any queries. The pool was always clean, and was used daily, as the temperature was upper thirties most days, so a very welcome feature of the property. Lovely views over the Luberon area, and easy access to many local places to visit - we were sad to leave.
We think the property would be best suited to a small family, rather than two adult couples. The second ‘bedroom’ is actually just a mezzanine floor above the lounge, with fairly low ceiling, so would be OK for kids, but not really for a second adult couple, due to the lack of privacy. The third bedroom is beside the pool, and contains a washbasin, but to use the bathroom or toilet, one had to go outside and enter the main cottage.
Main cottage has one bathroom with basin, a shower and a toilet, which is fine, but the second ‘bathroom’ has just a toilet (macerator type), and a small shower, but no washbasin.
We loved our stay here, but did feel that the lounge seating could be improved, as neither sofa was particularly comfortable for an evening - fortunately it was plenty warm enough to sit outside.
We also enjoyed a great game of pétanque with our hosts, as well as apero drinks one evening - couldn’t have been made more welcome.
The kitchen was a perfect cottage kitchen, with everything you could need, and more than adequate space.
We would return, but not with adult friends or guests.
