"***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had no control over the volume. The Roku remote did work for finding an app to stream something. If you are off island, and do not want to incur any international charges, whatsapp is what most people use in Guam. The communication was prompt in VRBO, but it was a lot . You will most likely told to contact an onsite property manager, who is not connected to the VRBO meessage system. This caused a lot of back and forth trying to get everyone on the same page and is how I found out they had more than one property tied to this listing. This location has a better living room set than the picture. It's now a long l-shaped couch if you and your BFF wanna lay down and watch TV without touching feet! Outlets were available in the bedrooms and kitchen, none in the living room unless you juggle some things around. I'd stay here again if i need to be in that area."

"This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals which we enjoyed. Ms. Dina and Ms. Queen were very helpful; quick check-in and out as well. Will definitely recommend this property"

"This is the second time we’ve rented with this host and we will definitely be returning. Unit was clean and had all the essentials of an apartment. Air conditioning was comfortable and cold."

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly. "
