Honestly was excited to finally give a new hotel a chance in Anaheim. Worse decision I could have made was to stay here. My bed sheets had blood on them. They switched me rooms and the new room had the same problem. They switched the sheets and ONCE AGAIN! so disgusting. I talked to the manager and he offered me 1 day free parking for my 3 night stay. What a joke! Thank you to the assistant general manager for taking care of me! Also the shuttle to Disney land takes 45 mins to get to Disney from here.

The staff was very nice and helpful in every aspect. Housekeeping, front desk, restaurant were all great! Clean, safe area, used Lyft instead of shuttle but it was available. Spa was hot and clean.

The minute I arrived they were helpful everyone was nice service was amazing the restaurant was awesome and yummy I will come again for sure and I saw the fireworks from my room it was beautiful everything was great
