"The view of the Pyramids from this property was fantastic. The staff was great! We really enjoyed the rooftop view that allowed us to see the pyramids. However, the area was not great. Each day you exit the building there are a multitude of people including children begging you for money. They follow you the while you’re walking the entire time. It really feels like harassment. A group of people got into a fight and we saw it from our room. "

The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling.
