Room was clean although the air conditioner was very loud and difficult to adjust to and the balcony was not clean and the deck chairs had stains on them so didn’t look clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The pool was great but the entertainment was loud and constant. The quiet pool was under construction so not available which was unfortunate as it would have improved our stay. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

The stay was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly. My Villa’s location was fantastic, right next to the pool. However, it was a bit challenging to get to the beach.

The only positive i can take from this stay is Mateo at Guest Services. The issues we had, he made sure they were rectified immediately. Other issues i didn't complain as it was so tiring. I would have a long list of negatives and i'm not going to embarrasse the hotel to that extent. Please pay a little more to stay at the Tulum resort. The difference is well worth it. Mateo is way too good to work here!!!

The check in process is very slow. We were charged a 240 peso environmental fee upon arrival which was unexpected. The resort does not have 2-bed rooms, but expedia website offers the option to select a room with two beds.

Second time staying here. Excellent staff all throught our stay. Rooms were very clean, plenty to do to keep you busy in all the resorts. Highly recommend the romantic dinner (upon request). We got engaged on this trip and the staff was great in helping my fiance plan the proposal. Bahia will always be a special place to us.

This was the worst vacation I’ve ever been on. The service was horrible. The staff were all horrible with the expectation of Manuel pech and Julia in the buffet. The workers all have attitudes and do not have any type of customer service skills. This was the worst trip ever I won’t ever return to Mexico
