This property does not live up to the standards of Radisson. The light between the two beds didn’t work, the pillows were lumpy and flat, the towels were scratchy. In the evening. I had to run the hot water for over 15 minutes to get it just warm. I called the front desk and the manager came down and she said that’s as hot as it gets. When I expressed my concerns, she offered a refund…if I checked out at 11 o’clock at night! I told her to leave because I was disgusted at that point and she went down the hall saying she was going to call the police!! For what? I was not out of line, talking loudly or anything like that. Unbelievable and so disappointed as Radisson properties should have higher standards.

They gave me a clearly dirty room. Bathtub was filled with dirty standing water in the tub . Dirt ring inside the tub where it was never cleaned. Pubic hair in the tub . On the floor the toilet seat was visibly dirty has someones ass prints on tbe seat. I went and got the front desk clerk. He grabbed a wash rag off the tub and wiped it off and said all better. Absolutely disgusting

The rooms was dirty like very unclean, the lights on the wall and plug in did not work asked for assistance that never came and then their breakfast buffet for $9.99 was not fit to east so we skipped it. Not recommended and I let the front desk know.

There were many things wrong in the room, holes in the walls, hair in the tub and sink, bathroom door had a huge crack in it, no channel line up and no telephone directory. I took pictures to make sure I wasn't charged for any of this. It was comfortable and felt safe but we won't be back. The hotel staff was slow and seemed bothered by questions asked.

Overall, great stay. Parking up front, quick check in, fashionable lobby, beautiful and clean updated room. It was an outstanding value, compared to others in the area.
A few minor issues though. Tub drain was rusty, a $20 repair at most, and after filling the tub up: it wouldn’t drain. By the next morning, it had drained during the night, allowing for a fresh shower, but those two issues overshadowed how nice the room was. The cleaning staff should’ve reported the rusty fixture and bad drain, and both remedied before giving to a guest.
When I entered the room, it was pretty hot, as the air had been off in 95 degree weather. Even though I set the AC to 66 degrees F, it felt no less than 75 F, all night. It just didn’t cool off, and might’ve needed maintenance.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It was a very nice room at a great rate. Given some minor maintenance, this is one of the best choices in the area.
