"The hotel itself was amazing! I could recommend that the staff be a bit more friendly. They paid no attention to me standing at the locked door the night I arrived as it was locked after certain hours, but as soon as another person came in they came running to the door as they seemed to know her. I had buzzed the after hours several times and they ignored me standing there. I was also disappointed with the lack of amenities on site for the people who like to have water and snacks but don't want to have delivery. When I was checking out I spoke to one man and another interrupted and took over, which I thought to be very rude! And while a customer was having a discussion with a desk person the other 3 were watching and I stood waiting for help for a long period of time before they finally decided to help me. The hotel is amazing and I would like to stay again but the staff could use some help with customer service!"

"This newer Hotel actually has a 13th floor, which we stayed on, and liked to tell about! Break the superstition! The red line Broadway station is right outside the door so getting into downtown is simple. 15 minute walk to the seaport district in a very safe area. Will definitely consider returning the next time we’re in Boston."

"Hotel was beautiful. The staff was great and accommodating. If youre going to Snowport its walking distance. The work out facilities are real nice big and a lot of options. The restaurant Tamo has great food. The coffe cafe was a great optuon if you didnt want to spend the money at the buffet. Buffet was pricey."
