"The best thing about this property is the manager, Robert. His communication was spot on and very helpful when things needed attention like unexpected snow and ice (unreal that this area is next to the beach!!!!). The walk way needed to be shoveled for safety reasons. We went for a walk and low and behold on our return it was clear and safe. The house is small and 8 decade old people should think twice about using the loft but an agile younger person found it delightful. The kitchen was well stocked (lots of sharp knives) although a double boiler would have been nice to have (but certainly optional for this kind of unit). The surrounding ares (Seabrook) is delightful and the beach, unbelievably gorgeous. Everything is in walking distance. Our dog loved the experience too!"

"The Sandcastle house was clean and inviting. It was well stocked with dishwasher soaps, paper towels, and trash bags. There were plenty of extra blankets for the night and plenty of beach towels for the hot tub. The hot tub fits 6 teens very well. The kitchen had a large crockpot that I used to serve hot apple cider. The laundry unit in the house was amply stocked with washer pods but I did not see any dryer sheets. I loved the master bedroom with the door to a balcony with table set to sit outside and enjoy fresh air with a blanket wrapped around you and a cup of coffee. The kitchen had a Kherig and a regular coffee maker. There were plenty of pots and pans, serving bowls, and utensils for all of our needs. The only item we needed but couldn’t find was a claw spoon to serve spaghetti. But that is an easy remedy for the owners. Thank you for the wonderful stay and top notch cleaning service prior to our arrival. "
