"The location close to.everything outlets, shopping center, places to eat, gas stations beyond perfect the room excellent very nice and clean the fridge was nice size the front desk staff very pleasant professional and very nice."

"Best western Paul Revere inn and suites is convenient to many of the sites in the Lancaster, Paradise, Bird in Hand, Intercourse, and Gordonville towns. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. I like the convenience of having breakfast included as well as the availability of the buffet from 7 to 11. Quality of breakfast was fine except for the hash brown potatoes, which were awful. They were precooked, perhaps frozen and tasted leftover, reheated and generally of poor quality. In warm weather, the pool area is so nice. The hotel is perfectly convenient to all shopping and theaters. I think I have been to this particular Best Western at least three times and prefer it to other places, even closer to town. I will be returning as I have another reservation in April. "

"Very nice family get-a-way. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Room clean. Had a free continental breakfast, which was nice, but some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have made a great addition! My only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. It was cold, even though it was supposed to be heated! The big room (air) heater was set on 78, which is low for pool area in November. It was not as enjoyable as it could have been because of the cold water. The children loved having a pool in November. That's why I picked this place. "
