Cheap flights from Pittsburgh to New York
Take I-376 to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). Once you arrive, park in one of the many onsite lots. Reserve your spot online at the airport website. You'll hardly have time to buckle in, as flight times are usually just under an hour gate to gate. Upon landing at New York La Guardia (LGA), climb on the NYC Airporter which provides service to Grand Central Station.
Attractions and Tips
Feed your inner artist with a stop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which houses art spanning the centuries. Visit the Empire State Building. This second largest building in the New York City skyline has been a popular stop for decades and is definitely worth seeing. Conclude your visit with a stop at the Statue of Liberty. This icon of American freedom sits on Liberty Island, so you'll need to catch a ferry to reach her; Ellis Island is also out there.
If you plan to club-hop during your rip, stay in NoLIta. If you don't mind paying a bit more for accommodations and you want to be in a trendy area with many shops and restaurants, book in SoHo.
