Cheap flights from Minneapolis to Baltimore
As there are two terminals, Lindbergh and Humphrey, there are different ways to access Minneapolis St Paul International Airport (MSP) depending on your location. By taking I-35E or I-35W, most drivers can easily access both terminals, and there is a light rail option connecting both locations.
Flights to Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) generally take two hours, and once you land, you can access your accommodations in Baltimore by courtesy hotel shuttle (if offered), airport shuttle, taxi and limo service, car rental, light rail or Amtrak if you are traveling further.
Attractions and tips
The Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a popular stadium that hosts the Baltimore Orioles MLB team from April to October. The Baltimore Museum of Art and the Walters Art Museum offer plenty to provide an entire day’s worth of amusement.
The inner harbor has great restaurants, such as Dick’s which is known for its rude serving staff (all fun intended), and there are always acrobats and other street performers outside on nicer days.
If you have some time to spare while waiting at BWI, there is a meditation room for some quiet, an Observation Gallery and a Hiker-Biker trail to stretch your legs before or after a long flight. It’s generally best to stay near the inner harbor when looking for a hotel, as it’s conveniently located near the most things to do.
