From Struggle to Success

The Used started in Utah with unique circumstances. With lyric-less music, the band struggled to find a vocalist to complete their sound. After several unsuccessful auditions, the band recruited Bert McCracken to join The Used. The Used struggled for their music, pushing through poverty, homelessness, and rejection from friends. In 2001 they finally signed with a label, releasing their first album the next year. With their popularity growing, The Used played several festivals, including Warped Tour and Ozzfest, and continued to release successful albums. Several of their singles have gone on to be hits, including songs like "The Bird and the Worm," "The Taste of Ink," "All That I've Got," "I Caught Fire," and more.

2020 Tour

Beginning in January 2020 The Used were on tour. It all began at the Solana Beach Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach CA, then they moved on to perform in Los Angeles and Sacramento CA. After their performances in California, they performed in Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Englewood CO, St. Louis MO, Chicago IL, Detroit MI, Pittsburgh PA, Baltimore MD, and several more cities through the end of February. They wrapped up their tour at the Phoenix Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix AZ.
