A Classic Christmas Tale
With over 90 dancers alone performing in the ballet every year, The Nutcracker is a visual experience like no other that transplants audience members into a magical land of candy, snowflakes, and fairies! When the young Marie falls asleep with her new toy nutcracker after a family Christmas party, she awakes to find that not only her nutcracker has come to life but also her brothers toy wooden soldiers. Now life size in her living room, she watches as they battle it out against the Mouse King and his minions. After defeating the Mouse King, they navigate through the Land of Sweets with the guidance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. When the end of the adventure nears, Marie must say goodbye to the new friends that she met along the way and when she awakes she can’t help but wonder if it was more than just a dream…
