Very courteous staff welcoming the guests. The receptionist- Thou was very friendly and polite. She felt us like a VIP and has provided us lots of information regarding the city, how to use public transport and must visits sites in the city. Great experience. Amazing staff - really go over and above to help. The late check out offering is great. The hotel itself is very stylish and in a great location. The studio room doesn't have AC and can be very hot. The staff kindly arranged a portable air conditioner for our second night, which made a huge difference during a very hot few days.

Zurich Stop
Lovely hotel, with friendly and courteous service. The rooms were a bit pricey, but that seems to be normal in Zurich. Everyone seems happy and friendly, so I guess they don’t mind the high prices. This hotel is also across the road from the FIFA museum.

Balcony is nice touch in morning with coffee. 15 mins from lake Zurich cruise to Rappersville and Arboretum swimming. Green AC does not work well with temps over 90 F-portable unit noises with door open near train station

The room was nice and clean but for the price it was pretty small. The bathroom was very small. There was no work space. The staff was very nice and helpful . It’s a good 20-25 minute walk to most activities.
