The good things first: good location, good for families, easy commute to any place in Zurich, cheap price compared to Zurich. The bad : too cramped, damp smell throughout lobbies on the room floors and in the rooms but bearable for 2-4 nights stay. This hotel was very quiet, and a good price point for Zürich. Zürich is expensive, but this was the most affordable room with Klima/AC I could find. No carpeting in the room. The shower and sink are in the room itself, not a separate room, but that provides the room for 2 single beds. There are no closets for clothing storage. AC worked well. TV worked as well. Check in was very easy. Breakfast available for 15 Swiss Franks. The Strassenbahn stop is right outside the hotel. The Sbahn stop is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Within walking distance of cool swimming area!!
It was just as we expected, we probably needed a bigger room for three adults but we made it work! Very clean but definitely a budget hotel.

Stayed with a family booked a triple room with 3 beds The room set up is like a prison, no privacy on shower. We requested for a upgrade at the reception. Staff responded saying this is one star hotel.Therr is no phone in room ,rooms are small,breakfast very limited option every day it's same breakfast boiled eggs and breads cut fruit. I would never stay on any ibis property or recommend it.

The room was so small that we are three people and put my daughter to a bunkbed that only for 6 urs old. The cleaner doesn't clean, they only spread the bedsheets, they only give us 1 towel each hardly we can have something to use at night. their is a very low type of all in one shampoo . the service desk was not friendly at all they just do their work and has no smile or friendliness. I hate to see that woman who is wearing head scarf she acts like she doesnt care her job and her words are so limited when you ask. the cleaners use one towel only to dust the rooms, imagine the room how they treat it, the hallway smells like a washroom that someone just finish using the loo. it was a very bad experience that I will never book my stay in that kind of hotel again. their water coffee or anything in the facility is a rip off, imagine water 4.50 SF , coffee 7 SF, with. tiny cup, I have enjoyed seeing the sight and prefer to be outside the hotel than staying. The room was so small that one of us to leave for the other one to be Able to move around. If you are looking on this hotel, RUN AWAY... you will not enjoy your everyday stay, the cleanliness is 0, the smell and ambience smell like poop and that is everyday. I am basically friendly and appreciative but seeing the face of the staff in the counter makes me change , the cleaners doesnt understand when you ask something, we ask for a extra pillow even if we pay, they never came around, again, this hotel is a rip off and a misery

The room was small for 3 to stay in. The shower has a fullength mirror just outside it, and in full view of the room and anyone on the beds so not much privacy for any of us! Not much space to store luggage and very little room for manoeuvre when everyone is trying to move round the room at once.location was however, ideal with tram no 4 right outside getting you into the city easily.
