First time in a CitizenM property. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice but we were in the two on the floor that had a strange extra window structure on the exterior. Property walkable from train station and to Old Town area. Breakfast was good. We utilized the late check out option which was super handy.

The hotel was super nice but it really just has the basics. I did know that before going so I was not really surprised. The place is clean, great location and the staff is really accommodating. I will stay there again and recommend BUT you need to understand that you will have the basics in your bedroom. No coffee maker. You also have to be careful when taking a shower and getting out of the bathroom. It’s a little dangerous if you are not careful.

Great staff! We left our bags in the free luggage room so we don’t have to carry them with us while attending the Street Prade after our checkout. For coffee drinkers, unfortunately there is no coffee maker in the room.

I knew rooms are small but was still shocked of how small it was there is hardly any space for 2 people to move other than that it was ok for one night only, if it was more than one night would have been a problem. Breakfast is good
