The house is a fabulous family home but is equally welcoming to couples wanting space to relax and breathe !
A large natural garden on a hill with private swimmingpool perfect for whole year around with wide rural views of the Almanzora valley.
A idyllic rural location, very easy and fast connection to the Almeria coastline and fast to the local tourist amenities.
Located in one of the best climats from South-Spain. Many people chose this part Spain for overwiintering.

Quiet, surrounded by garden and counytyside with all due respect for your privacy. Intimacy. The warm atmosphere of the fireplaces during long water stays.

The property with private swimmingpool, has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with one king size bedroom.
A twin bedroom with garden views and a another outdoor bedroom with a big window, with mountains views,

The kitchen as well as the outdoor kitchen is functional and very well-equipped to easely self-cater for a family of 6,

The living room is big, and has a large dining table and also a sofa and armchairs around a wood burner.
There is a smart Tv and house has plenty of books and cozy objects that make it homey to live there every day.

The third bedroom has also a fireplace with a pipe, has a big window and amazing views to the Almanzora valley
Families like this third room too as a sitting erea in the summer, or a space in winter too to enjoy the pipe fireplace.

Please be aware that no fence is around the pool, we prefer families with older children who can swim. Thank you for understanding.

A beautiful home in the sun.....
Firstly, before we arrived, during and after our stay at this villa owned by the Bramer family, we have to say thank you to them, especially to Heidi, for the helpful, kind, funny, friendly and warm communication. We feel we have made new friends. The pictures of Galan de Noche were stunning and we were not disappointed when we arrived. The villa sits on a hill and we saw its perfect location as we drove towards it upon arrival. It is by no means isolated as other villas are nearby, but it is private. The garden is very pretty and well maintained with views of the surrounding mountains. The pool is a fantastic size and is also lovely to use in the evening with all the night lights on. The villa itself was very clean and more than adequately equipped - for a self-catering villa there were items we did not need to buy as they were already supplied, which is unusual but welcoming. The villa has been beautifully renovated and furnished - it was a joy to call 'home' for 2 weeks. It is a peaceful location and most definitely sets the tone for relaxation although if you wish to play music you can with peace of mind, as the villa has been soundproofed. The undercover outside table proved useful and it was lovely to eat outside in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed the company of 'Bonita & co' too.....!! When we arrived we had a welcome letter waiting, along with some wine - this was greatly appreciated and very thoughtful of the Bramer family. Small touches go a long way! The villa is situated so that you can easily access main highways to all major locations. The local and main roads of Spain we found very easy to navigate. The local Coviran supermarket in Arboleas is very well stocked, there is also a smaller supermarket in Zurgena - both easy to find. Due to the communication with the Bramer family, the whole experience did not feel like a 'holiday rental' but more like a family sharing their beautiful home with us. We most definately plan to return to this villa with its perfect location. Thank you for giving us a memorable and fantastic holiday!! Cheryl, Tim & Jon 😊😊😊
