Telmo - baskeyrentals

Telmo Deuna is the patron saint of the sailors who take out in procession 8 days after Easter Sunday in Zumaia, and who gives his name to this house from which his hermitage can be seen. It is a building located in a new residential area (2016) close to the historic center and the center of the town, but away from the noise and hubbub, with several supermarkets, terraces and numerous services very close by. In addition, it is the main access point to the Basque Coast Geopark with the Flysch geological formation as its main attraction. Walking from the house itself, in just 5 minutes we reach the Flysch viewpoint where we can observe the spectacular cliffs, which like an open book show us the geological evolution very clearly. A protected space that has become the setting for such well-known series and films as Game of Thrones and Ocho Apellidos Vascos.

The area is especially attractive for nature lovers since they can practice adventure sports, hiking, cycling, water sports... Without forgetting the beaches and cultural and gastronomic options that the area offers just a few minutes from the home.

The proximity to the capital, no more than 30 minutes by car or train, makes Zumaia and Telmo the perfect place for your getaway to the Basque Country.

The house is on the fourth floor, allowing for beautiful views from the large balconies it has. It also has an elevator and a closed garage for one car (bicycles that you can bring), an issue that is especially valued in the months of greatest influx to this coastal town.
It is a house for 6 people distributed in 3 exterior rooms with direct access to spectacular balconies. Two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition to two full bathrooms, one of them inside the private room with a bidet and bathtub, and the other, in the common area, in the hallway and with a shower.

The private room has a velux style skylight for sky gazing and stargazing, and all contain closets with enough space to store clothes comfortably.

Telmo Deuna has all the comforts of a quality home. All types of appliances to cook to your liking, including dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware, dishes and free Wi-Fi for the entire house. All on the top floor with elevator. The house has a space in it (accessed through a beautiful staircase) but this space is restricted within the use of the house.
