Pros - booking and checking in was easy The breakfast area was nice, breakfast choices were reasonable and ample. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. We were only there overnight so did not use the pool or workout. Close, uncomplicated drive from our Family’s celebration area, grocery store and several restaurants close by. Cons - Didn't have a diagram of the hotel, which most do, of where the emergency exits, ice machines, etc are located or information of local restaurants. Our Accessible room, even though it was also for the hearing impaired, we thought, should have had an ADA toilet and hand rails in the bathroom and it did not. Lastly, only pork sausages and pork in the gravy for breakfast. I would stay again and specifically ask for an accessible room with high toilets.

We were greeted by a very poor English speaking gentleman. We had driven 6 hours to celebrate my grandsons birthday. While trying to explain the “rules” about where they could go or couldn’t go consumed his focus. Making them feel unwelcome and as if we were breaking rules….. we were all still in the lobby. In front of others…. Dogs barking….. very chaotic. My grand kids were not allowed to walk to our room to change. We had a dog we had to kennel in the room…. Trying also to accommodate my family now on the pool. They were never without an adult. It was embarrassing and very unpleasant. We swam for a short time and left. Our family will not return to your establishment.

The main thing that was a little sketchy And made me uncomfortable Was the morning of my check out around 9am I went to eat breakfast and I had the sign my door that said not ready yet But when I was walking toward my room, I saw the housekeeper outside my door and another one walk out of my room. I said hey, I’m checking out in about an hour, but I need to shower still. I do not think either one of the housekeepers spoke any English or understood what I said, so I double locked myself in the room while I showered. When the housekeeper went in my room while I was gone, it made me very uneasy because all of my personal belongings were still in the room, including my purse. I’m wondering what good the sign is that you put on the door knob? I would not go back for this reason

I was there in the evening to sleep as I was too far from home after working my construction job. I only was in the reception area to check in and my room. The man at the desk was very nice the room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. A.c worked good and I left well rested n happy

It was hard to understand the clerk during check in! I'm not sure why we had to pay a $150 deposit! We showed up at 4 and our room was not ready! First impression was horrible, after we got to the room, it was clean, the air wasn't on but it didn't take long for it to cool down. Bed were comfortable, no TV guide. We asked for coffee the first morning at 3 am, the host had it done in 10 minutes, gave us a package of cinnamon rolls. The next day it was ready. (I'm sure they don't have have early morning requests) I would definitely stay again. We plan on staying again next May.

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful! This is a great stay for those visiting their loved ones at the Great Lakes Naval Base. 20 mins away but had everything around needed. Will be visiting again!
