With a direct sea view invites the stylish holiday home "Fantasy" at any time of the year to a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea in the state-approved resort "Zierow". The "Fantasie" is a well-designed multi-generation house with a disabled ground floor, a large garden and a spacious terrace with a gabion charcoal grill that invite you to barbecue and chill out after a long day at the child-friendly beach; In autumn, long walks on the beach make you unwind. in winter, the warming stove lures to a cozy afternoon on the sofa; In spring, the scent of the early bloomers inspires extensive cycling through the adjacent fields.

The holiday home "Fantasie" completed in December 2016 offers on 92 sqm a high-quality equipment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area with integrated fitted kitchen. In all rooms there are insect screens and underfloor heating (geothermal heat pump). The disabled-accessible ground floor also gives a handicapped family member the opportunity to use the house. The room doors here have a passage width of 94 cm, the double bed (180 x 200 cm) in the bedroom is equipped on one side with a separate electrically adjustable slatted frame and can be easily approached by a wheelchair (no electric wheelchair) or walker. The large bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible vanity, a 130 cm wide barrier-free shower and a toilet with a wall handle on one side and a swiveling handle on the other side. The kitchen table in the living-dining area is also accessible. The fitted kitchen, however, is not accessible for the disabled.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and an additional Récamière and offers in addition to a large TV a hi-fi system with CD player and a high-quality stove, for which the stored behind the house wood can be used against a cost-covering contribution. The upper floor has another bathroom and the two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a high-quality built-in wardrobe.

Both from the terrace, as well as from all living and sleeping areas you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea (exception: Seasonal fruit growing on the adjacent fields may affect the sea view on the ground floor and on the terrace). In addition to a large number of sailboats, it is even possible to observe the incoming or departing cruise ships from Wismar.

A nearby playground also offers fun and pleasure for the little holiday guests. Only about 500m separate the "fantasy" of the family-friendly natural beach with a shallow bay.

In the house smoking and bringing pets are not allowed.

At the moment it can be affected by construction noise, as the holiday home area is not finished yet. The prices are adjusted accordingly.
