It was very charming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate lunch in their courtyard with mountains surrounding us. Location is more to the end of town. It’s a short walk to Gorner Gorge and to the gondola to view the Matterhorn.

Breakfast was good .Room was clean and spacious . Can see Matterhorn peak. Room is pretty old design need key for bathroom so key was on inside door. Which weird . Shower is open on side. Never seen anything like that . Bathroom had liquid soap but sink has no liquid soap. Both pellows were flat as if sleeping on nothing . Day time girl was robotic but fine . But late afternoon guy was not friendly and when I call in the evening he was annoyed and said he is already gone for the day and refuse to answer my question. Location is far end of hill so be prepared to hike with luggage or hire electric taxi from train station.

Wonderful hotel
Amazing stay from start to finish. The gentlemen on reception was very accommodating and witty and nothing was too much trouble. The family room was spacious with a fabulous view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of options. Walkable from the train station and we would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay in Zermatt! The place was exceptionally clean, and the pillows and comforters were incredibly soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We loved all the indoor plants in the building. The only minor drawback was the long uphill walk from the train station, but the fantastic accommodations more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
