I would call this an acceptable hotel. The room was smaller than I expected, but I did book the cheapest because I was only there for one night in order to catch an international flight the next day. The biggest issue I had was that my air conditioner wasn’t working, and I inquired about this 3 to 4 times. They said they would send a technician, but he never showed up. so sleeping was a bit difficult.

It is worn out for a 4 star hotel. I’ve had sheets with holes in them. Bed head board is dirty. Overall the condition of the room I stayed in is similar to a motel. The location is good but no car access so you gotta walk from car drop off. Imagine with heavy luggages. And it runs out of conditioners.

Upon checking out they imposed some sort of $1/day tax which I had not been informed. They also mistakenly fhougut my room did not include breakfast but they got it right after I insisted they were mistaken. All in all the service was excellent and the breakfast was excellent.

It took us over an hour to try and figure out how to get to the front doors of the hotel. We had to park the car in one area and walk over to the hotel. It should have been better communicated to us.
