This is obviously a very old property, which you are doing their best to keep updated and clean. Our first impression of the property was a homeless man eating his lunch in front of the property. Homeless people are a problem in many cities, but knowing that, it might be good to have more lighting in the parking lot. I was a little nervous to leave my car there. The carpeting in the common areas and in the room had been updated, which was good. Two hangers for 2 people doesn't really work.
The refrigerator was nice and cold, but it made a noise that we really noticed when we were trying to sleep. The next thing you need to update in the sleeping rooms are the towels and bedding. The towels were really old and thin, and the blanket on the bed was the worst I have ever had in a hotel -- really thin and rough. The check-in person was very nice.
