The hotel for convenience for my trip but it service was terrible no elevator work for the the entire stay and I was told that it has been like that for 2 months. No compensation or nothing and we were placed on the third floor one evening the wifi was down for the entire day am an out of town guest so the experience was good one for me.

We returned to the property on the way home from PA. It was convenient to go to again and already familiar to us. It met all expectations of Marriott.
We got there late and the elevator didn’t work and they put us on the 3rd floor. It was quite the climb with a bunch of bags. Then he room was hot and had a distinct smell. Not good. The TV didn’t work, so the front desk clerk had to come up and turn it on. For 300 bucks for 1 night, I was a little disappointed.
Was a great check in, staff very helpful, we needed a pharmacy, got great directions, the only complaint was that the elevator wasn’t functioning. The carpet throughout the facility needed cleaning.
The only problem with the property was the elevator was not functioning.
Cleanliness problem was the extra blanket for the sofa bed was not clean, full of human hair.
We went to check in for a Saturday reservation. The desk person was on the phone. It appeared to be a personal call. She asked us what we needed before she hung up. She could not find our reservation and asked if we booked through a third party. We did. She said she could not find our reservation and that they were fully booked and that it happened all the time when people book with third parties. She got out of the area as soon as she could while we scrambled to find another hotel while sitting in the lobby. My complaint is she was clearly distracted by other things (we were the only ones in the lobby). It turns out we had booked for the following night. Our fault but she could have taken a minute to look a little harder for us. If you type in a last name, shouldn't a reservation show up on the screen...regardless of the date? It looked like a nice hotel but the desk service was dismissive and poor.
