This hotel was dirty . I had to ask the front desk to come upstairs and clean my bathroom. Fecal stains in the toilet and hair in the shower. So obviously not cleaned. Front staff was nice enough. The area of this hotel was absolutely unsafe for a solo female traveler. Drug deal going on in the parking lot by the dumpsters. Did not feel safe in this area or hotel.

Breakfast ends at 9am…at a hotel, where you look forward to sleeping in and being pampered, generally speaking. Lighting is the harsh white leds, not really lending to the ambiance of a comfortable, cozy establishment. If I wanted clinically clean, I would stay at a hospital.

No idea what’s going on there.
Some kind of major floor cleaning going on in lobby at check-in using lots of sloshing water. Cleaning product scent permeated first door where my room was. This hotel had good reviews a year ago. I can’t believe it’s the same place. It seems “unbranded” with blank walls and lack of basics. No good tv options, slow wi-fi, room carpet stained. Worst was the combo of cleaning fluid and an underlying faint sewer-ish odor. I don’t know what’s going on with the place but I wasn’t satisfied. Their website mentions the nine onsite restaurants. Well, not exactly. None in the property, one up the hill and on the busy thoroughfare. Two visible across the street. Good luck walking to either. DoorDash could not recognize the listed address. They use another address putting them up on the main road, not where they’re actually located.
