原訂房型在網上並沒有說清楚沒有浴室僅有化妝室，到場商確也堅決不可換一間有浴室，只好再開一間有衛浴的房型，向訂房平台反應也都沒有回應。

予約がされてないと言われ、名前の読み方を間違っていたようで、最初から不快感いっぱいでした。朝チェックアウトの時はすみませんと言われましたが、予約入れて行ってるのにホテルズコム自体を知らないという従業員は如何なものかと、はじめて使ったホテルズコムさんもそのせいで大丈夫なサイトなの？という想いが残ります。

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Cet hôtel est d'un standing plus élevé par rapport à ceux que je réserve d'habitude. Il est de fait plus cher. Néanmoins, le confort était excellent: suite de style japonais, avec tatamis, très spacieuse (pas de douche) ; bain japonais (commun) ; de nombreux espaces de détentes - y compris des "UFO catcher", une table de ping-pong, etc. Pour le meilleur et pour le pire, l’hôtel est en retrait de la ville, isolé dans la forêt: c'est très calme, ça rajoute même à l'ambiance; mais ça éloigne aussi l’établissement de la gare, etc. La gare de Yokote est à environ 3km; donc il vous faudra prendre un taxi (on peut faire la moitié du chemin en bus). Le personnel était à la fois agréable et efficace; et m'a aidé à commander/faire venir un taxi le matin de mon départ. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

館内もお風呂もとてもキレイで快適に過ごせました！ ただ、脱衣場・廊下がとても暑くて汗が止まりませんでした(^^; 到着時に部屋のエアコンも付いていたら最高でした(^^;
