Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the winter? Otherwise everything was great. Will come back again.

This was great! Easy access to subway. Walkable distance of cool things to see. Hotel itself was lovely and room was so cute. Has an awesome lounge, laundry and a coffee-kan.

Customer service checking in and checking out was fantastic and helpful, it’s only a 5 minute walk to Yokohama Stasium and 2 minute walk to various train stations The room was large/ spacious and shad everything we needed and it was lovely that they gave my son a little present in the room for being his birthday When I rerun I will definitely not only be staying here again but I would use citidines as a brand

Very modern clean property. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and were able to communicate well enough in English, which we very much appreciated. Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away,as is the Redbrick Building, which is old warehouses turned into shopping and restaurants. The Cup Noodle Museum is also that close; unfortunately it was closed the day we planned to go (Tuesday).There is a train station entry right outside the hotel entrance. We took the train to Shibuya and the Express meant we didn't have to change trains and the trip was about 40 minutes. We came in by cruise ship at the Daikoku pier which is close by but a big taxi ride. There is a smaller cruise ship pier just outside the hotel which would be a very quick walk if your ship is small enough. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Right next to the station 5 Minatomiral subway line which easy access to Yokohama line and anywhere. 10 mins walk to Chinatown and 20 mins walk to red brick building. Excellent location. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is also guys.

A wonderful hotel!
This is a very nice hotel to stay in. Room a little small by North American standard but well equipped. Very impressed with this hotel. Convenient location walkable to many places. About 15-minute walk to the large Chinatown. Subway entrance underneath the hotel. Pastry shop right next to hotel and a nice restaurant just a few steps further. Just 5-min. taxi ride to pier for our cruise. Only thing is that the room does not have lotion in bathroom. Also, the toilet paper is way too thin.

Excellent location for the cruise ship pier and Chinatown. Breakfast was very good. Shower was amazing and the toiletries smelt great. There are laundry machines on the 7th floor to is 4¥ per load with laundry soap included. We will definitely come back !
