Disliked: Cleanliness
Our room had badly smell of pipeline in bathroom, especially in the late night. It smells like smelly ditch. The whole lobby and restaurant are full of noisy all the time.
Too far away from the main attractions in Yilan. It may be good for a one night layover for the next destination. But definitely not convenient for someone who wants to explore Yilan and its surrounding areas
It's the best hotel that we have stayed at during our trip. The staff was really nice and they had a free mini party at night in their restaurant, food was so-so but good ambience and experience. They gave us a free upgrade without us expecting anything/ asking which we really appreciate.
Heard from our taxi driver that the hotel is really new and they are just developing the area, hence, the area around there isn't very well established and it is rather far away ( 10 mins walk) to the nearest bus stop, will have to walk through a lot of bungalows to reach the hotel too.
the hotel is quite nice, although it is not locate in the center of the city, we have got a car to drive around and it is good that the hotel has provided an underground car park. the staff is quite friendly, I was a bit sick and couldn't get up one morning for breakfast and they packed a breakfast box for me, very impressive.
Very well maintained property! Though it was quite inaccessible, but the amenities, facilities and cleanliness were superb. I initially had second thoughts about this hotel as it was pretty remote but it turned out to be my favourite in the trip.
Hotel accommodation is ok, rooms average comfort and there is parking available on-site. Our biggest complaint is the hotel restaurant which on a Friday evening was terrible. Overworked staff, bad kitchen smells, a very limited menu and no beer (!) forced a quick decision to find a restaurant outside. However, this is a challenge in a quiet side of town...
