Great location, you are around the corner from Republic Square, loads of restaurants, walkable to almost anywhere. For example, I was able to walk to the Genocide Memorial which took me an hour. Other than tours, I was able to explore by foot. Not so far from Vernissage or the Armenian food market.
Rooms tidy enough. Rooftop closed which was disappointing.
Maria at the front desk was lovely, kind and appeared to have good work ethic - personable yet professional. Other staff rarely greeted or looked at you.
Lifts also get quite busy, can take 5-10 minutes waiting.
Negatives are incredibly minor, I was happy I stayed here.
