Property is alright, clean and spacious, conveniently located to major sites in the park. But, there are no TV, no wifi, no cell signal. Nothing to do after you eat dinner. Stayed two nights, did not cleaned our room nor did the beds. The high price is not worth it. The hotels in the West Yellowstone town outside of the west gate is much better value. You can access the major cites from the west gate easily. I would not stay again.
It’s good enough to spend a night in and move on, dont expect any more than that.
Theres no wifi, not even in the lobby. If that’s your priority, I’d avoid.
For the price they charge, it’s not up to standards, but I guess that’s expected inside the park.
No wifi would be my biggest complaint
Very old hotel with just the basics. Rooms quite rundown. Fairly clean. No WiFi. Limited dining options. Very pricey for what you get but the location on the lake is what you pay for.
Horrible check in experience, lengthy, poorly explained and the rooms smelled horrible, beds are small and very uncomfortable. Restaurant service beyond subpar. To top all there is no WiFi only at the check in and even that is spotty and impossible to use as there is maybe space for 4 people. Yellowstone is beautiful but should not operate accommodations as it can not meet seervice standards and this should not be there ruining nature.
Very dated, small beds, horrible pillows. No wifi in the rooms, with zero connection to internet, and the wifi in the check in area doesn’t load anything. Overall terrible experience. Also no microwaves which makes dinner very difficult
