Decent hotel, I had a great view on the valley below, and the northern part of the city. I don't mind dancemusic until 05:20, but there were a lot of parties in the hotel/nightclub.

Trotz meiner schriftlichen Reservation war das Hotel ausgebucht, und wir mussten mit Hilfe von Freunden ein anderes Hotel derselben Preisklasse suchen. Habe ich noch nie erlebt und werde deshalb dieses Hotelportal nicht mehr berücksichtigen. Walter Fürst

Arrivée le 04/12/2014,le réceptionniste n'ayant pas reçu de réservation me fait confiance sur base de la confirmation Hotels.com mais en me disant que l'hôtel Jouvence 2000 ne travaille pas avec votre site et je reçois une chambre simple au lieu de double.Le 05 au matin l'on me sert le petit déjeuner simple.la réception me parle vaguement qu'ils n'ont aucune réservation et que je dois faire le nécessaire pour que le paiement parvienne sur le compte de l'hôtel car comme ils ne travaillent pas avec votre site,vous n'avez pas le numéro de compte de celui-ci.Quand je vous envoie le mail fin de semaine,l'imposteur INTERTOUR se manifeste en disant que tout est en ordre mais une fois que la période de votre 'survey burk' est passée,il vient payer en signalant qu'il se moque de se que j'écris chez Hotels.com et ne paye que chambre simple au lieu de double et 21 petits déjeuners simples alors que j'ai payé 22 déjeuners buffet et le chef réceptionniste anglophone Stephen Pechiwoh Tieminie me dit que je dois 10000 FCFA .Vu les nombreuses pertes de temps causées par INTERTOUR , je vous demande d'appliquer votre règlement de fin de contrat avec eux car cette agence est nuisible et détruit votre image ;de plus le directeur de l'hôtel m'a signalé qu'il ne voulait pas figurer sur votre site.Veuillez s'il vous plait résoudre de suite le différent financier entre moi et lhôtel causé par INTERTOUR. Pas de problème
Conforme à l'offre, un peu de bruit la nuit en raison de la boite située en-dessous de l'hotel. Le wifi ne permettait pas la connexion dans la chambre.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Personnel très sociable, hôtel situé très près de la gare, ce qui était important pour nous; quelques problèmes légers tels le manque du bouchon de la baignoire, ou la rapidité de la connexion Wifi, mais celle-ci est bien présente. Pas de surprise désagréable.

浴室は排水設備の老朽化からやや匂いがありました。シャワーカーテンがないので浴室の床が全面的に濡れますので、室内履きがあると良いです。レセプションの対応は親切です。食事も食材の有無がありましたが、短期間の滞在であれば問題ないでしょう。私がお世話になった際には週末の夜は夜中まで宴会がありました。ネットは遅かったですが、添付などなければ何とかなっていました。週末に地域のネットがダウンすると週明けまで不通でした。そうでなければルーターを再起動してもらうとつながることがありました。

Cheap price and not suitable for bussines
This hotel have place to hold wedding ceremony and meeting. During your stay, if wedding ceremony is held you can't sleep cause of its noise. Restaurant is not bad. Room is old and air conditionar is not well mainteined. Wi-fi is not working well. The hotel is suitable for local guest but not suitable for bussiness person who comes from outside of central and west Africa. Maybe the hotel is acceptable for turists.

다시 가고 싶지는 않은 호텔
아프리카에 소재한 호텔이라는 점을 감안 하더라도 지불된 숙박료에 비하면 아주 부족한 호텔입니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 샤워실 배수구가 원활치 못해서 샤워하는데 물이 발목까지 차 오르는 황당함이랄지, 카펫청소상태가 불결하여 맨발로 카펫 딛기가 꺼려집니다 ... 그보다 더한 건 프론트 직원들의 접객태도인테 호텔닷컴으로 예약하고 예약확인 번호등을 출력해 가서 보여 주는데도 자기들 시스템에서 확인되지 않는다는 이유로 서너시간씩 고객을 세워두고 아무런 조치도 하지 않는 채 마냥 기다리게 하는 무성의한 태도는 도무지 봐줄 수 없는 지경입니다. 종합적으로 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

scarsa manutenzione e rumore fino a tarda notte.
Quando sono arrivato siamo rimasti 2 giorni senza acqua e dunque ci siamo lavati con i secchi, ma non saprei se il blocco sia dovuto all'hotel o alla rete idrica della citta. In tutti i casi la struttura è vecchia e neccessita di manutenzione, il servizio e le camere sono piu simili a quello di un ostello. Ottimo il ristorante. Sotto l'hotel si trova una specie di discoteche e dunque un rumore assordante fino all'alba tutti i weekend. Tutto sommato e visto il prezzo relativamente basso, non è una pessima scelta per un soggiorno breve.
