The cleaning staff were very consistent, they all cleaned very well everyday and the towels were changed everyday. I had a nice relaxing 5 days here, I chose the half board and the food was excellent.

The resort itself is large, full of pools, and good value for money — no complaints there. However, our experience was unfortunately very negative due to a serious breach of security. The hotel uses duplicate door numbers — for example there are two 524s, one in “Island” and one in “Tropical.” At around 2am, our door was jimmied open by a drunk guest with his own key. We woke up to find a stranger in our bathroom using the toilet, while a child ran out of our front door into the night. He was apologetic, but the incident was frightening — someone was able to access our room while we were asleep. When I reported this to reception, the staff member laughed and asked, “What do you want me to do?” She dismissed the issue and suggested nothing could be done to make the door more secure. The maintenance worker arrived, did not speak English, translated “impossible” through our phone, and left. Thankfully, my partner is a carpenter and he personally fixed the dropped door hinges so that we could double-lock the door — meaning the door was only secure because we repaired it ourselves, not because the hotel took responsibility. Given someone was able to enter our room at night with another room key and the hotel showed no concern or willingness to address a clear security flaw, we would not stay here again. Nice hotel physically, but extremely poor safety and guest care.

Good hotel for families

We have stayed here twice now and found it ok both times first was all inclusive the food is good feels a bit canteen like in the restaurants the pools are good both smaller ones and the big pool. Entertainment was good by the pool with the big mat got lots of engagement maybe they should do that daily

Lovely Family holiday

The heated pools were bonus, the food was reasonably varied & loads of selection. If your a picky eater or prefer british food advoid, there is choice but probably not enough.

Booked for a few days and was definitely value for money had a spacious apartment for 3 adults ideal. We were on ground floor so had a terrace with table and chairs which was ideal sitting in the sun having breakfast lunch and a refreshing drink. Lovely pool friendly neighbours just a bit out from centre 30min walk but couple euros in taxi

Staff at the hotel are great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but I did find a couple of long hairs on the bed but other than that it was spotless. There is plenty to do at the hotel with entertainment and wellness centre and bike hire. Amenities in the room are quite good but you need to hire iron from the reception for 10€ deposit. Same with pool towels. The only let down is the area around the hotel. It looks like wasteland in places and smells of sewage but luckily you can't smell it in the hotel. It's a nice hotel especially for the price. If I ever do come back to Lanzarote which I probably won't I would definitely stay here again.
