The room condition was okay. The water pressure at anytime was horrible. It took forever to rinse your hair out. My kitchen area was awesome until you had to dispose of anything. No kitchen size garbage pails anywhere. They only give you a desk size garbage pail in the bathroom and in the room with no trash bags. So if I hand to dispose of anything bigger than a take outbox,I would have to go to the elevator, or down to the lobby and squeeze everything into a tiny opening. The pull-out sofa mattress was old and dingy. I had to place three sheets onto the mattress in order to feel clean. Building was a little run down from all the reviews. Staff was very helpful with anything you needed.

We were there for a soccer game, members of our son’s team found bed bugs in their room which was reported to the hotel. This caused a lot of distress and concern for everyone. It’s disgusting. Better measures to inspect sheets, beds and sofa beds need to be put in place.
