The hotel was close to work. It was basically clean. It did have some loud annoying customers next door that made it hard to rest because of their fighting. Someone should walk the grounds and realize that when others are being disturbing they either need to be evicted or fined if they don’t quiet down.

This is an extended stay facilty that was not equipped with dishes, flatware or any cooking utensils. The first room they assigned me to had not been cleaned. Not the experience that I was expecting.

Terrible stay.
We waited 30 minutes to get into the building. It locks down at 9p and the service desk closes too. I had to call from the outside to get someone to come down and open up to check us in. The lobby bathroom was locked too. We went to our room and an hour later someone near us started playing very loud music and yelling. There was a party going on. We called the desk and they said they would be right up. Right. It lasted until 2 am. We left at 11 am.

Front desk Staff is wonderful! Watched a drug deal happen behind the hotel building on their property. 4th floor near Elevator smells nasty of marijuana. Fire Alarms went off same night as the drug purchase!! Building in general smells but you can see Staff is trying to keep it clean. Location next to Hanes Mall which is great

The hotel is new but amenities are non existing. No Iron in the room and when I went to the front desk to get one they were closed until 10am the next day. We couldn't get clean towels either. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or chain if this is their policy.

Budget friendly clean but no service
The hotel is new and very nice and clean for most part... but the aervice was aweful. It is an extended stay type place, but i was treated as if i stayed in boarding house not a hotel. No front desk after 9pm so if you forget you key an employee has to wake up and let you back in room. Of course they are grouchy and upset as they do it. Very rude at front desk.

This was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real issue I had was 1. The water in the shower was like warm. It was not hot at all. Even my kids asked if it could be hotter! 2. You have to bring your own pots or pay which was fine, but when we got there they have to be aluminum pots which they didn’t say on line and to buy from them is 39.99. But otherwise very nice.
