Checked in late 4:30am due to flight delay. Front desk told us we can check out at 12 noon. Gave us a room uncleaned, toilet don’t flush. Change to different room. 10:30 am housekeeping knock on the door to clean the room. 1045 am front desk called telling us to check out. Told him we were told by Fred we can stay until 12 noon. He replied to us it doesn’t matter. Early morning strong smell of smoking weeds goes inside the room. Talked to the manager, Mike and complained. Promised to give us discount on our next stay, I will not stay in this hotel again. I find it very poor communication between staff. Bad service. Needs some update. Room Carpet looks dirty

Have never encountered a hotel as dirty as this one. I can't imagine how long it has been since they shampooed the carpet and there's absolutely no excuse for failing to vacuum the floor. I'm not even going to get into what appeared be a blood stain on the curtain in the room.

The location was very good and the price was right. Unfortunately, the chair in my room was broken and when I asked for a replacement the front desk gentleman was not very accommodating, He promised to look into my request but never got back to me. The lovely cleaning lady resolved the situation by allowing me to switch chairs from an unoccupied room. Minor matter but there was no ice machine on my floor. Finally, the carpet on the floor and stairwell are visibly dirty and need replacing.

I am afraid we won’t be staying in a Sleep Inn again. The shower is too risky for us. The likelihood of a fall is high. We were glad for the rubber mat and the grab bar but the whole thing is just not good.

The bedroom and bathroom was dirty. The carpet was awful, you took a chance walking on it because of unknown spots. The service at the front desk was ridiculous. There was no one there to greet us for about 7 minutes. My suggestion is that they need major improvement.
