Be warned !
The renter is not worth coming about the fact that her home is on a very steep hill. I told her I was a senior and had foot and ankle and knee surgeries and had a hard time walking. I saved up to rent a place all year. When I got there I had to call her to find out how to get to the lake. It is so steep I couldn't find an entrance to the lake, I finally found a foot wide muddy, slippery path which was 90 degrees straight up and down. I only took a few steps and realized I would break my neck if I fell. I did see where I was supposed to get into the water but it was fill with weeds and lily pads very thick stems. No one could swim threw that. The weeds and lily pads were thick all the way to the middle of the lake where there was possibly 10 feet of open water I flowing very fast where she expected me to swim. I wanted to work out. I was very much looking forward to it. But I couldn't get around her property it was just too steep and hard going for me. It was 90 degrees out Why would I just go out there go threw all this work it takes if I didn't want this to work out. Now she won't refund my money. She is far from ethical She knew a senior person with difficulty walking could never get around her place. It was dangerous for me. I had to leave. I was in her cabin to put water in the fridge and change into my bathing suit I never went beyond the kitchen. Now she says she has to clean again. Thats not true at all. So Beware
