Experience a true luxury mountain vacation in this charming townhome, beautifully located at the woodlands' edge on the banks of babbling Vasquez Creek. This home boasts stunning views and a prime location right on the complimentary shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and within walking distance of downtown restaurants, bars, and shops.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by posh, modern furnishings and views of the tranquil creek. The main level features a full kitchen that's suitable for your group's most discerning chef, a lovely wood dining table that seats six people, and a living area with a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and access to one of the home's three patios.

At night, there are three bedrooms to choose from, in addition to a fourth room that occupies an entire level of the house but does not have a door that closes it off fully. One level down from the main floor is a comfortable main bedroom suite with a smart TV, a private patio, and an en suite bathroom with a double sink. The uppermost level is a child's paradise, offering a custom-made bunk bed, a TV, and a selection of games and toys. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The lowermost floor is home to an entire-level room with a beautiful bed and a large smart TV.

Things to know:
There is no door to close off the bedroom on the lowermost level.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
