Fabulous spot to stay for a visit to WSU! Came to see my friends graduate and the price was awesome completed to every hotel in the area. Nice location - close to downtown, walkable to campus. Clean and safe building and the host was very friendly and answered any questions we had! Would definitely stay here again. :-)

Top Notch!!
Not only is this a fantastic location to enjoy downtown Winona, it is a really nice remodel of a wonderful historic building! This is not your average "flip" property. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, and thought to the layout of the rooms we had were all top notch! I highly recommend this location!!! Thanks for making Winona even better!!

Labor day fun
I loved the details of this updated commerce building. The unique items left made it fun to explore the hallway. Historical information about the original tenant and other details made this location fun to stay at. My favorite detail was a vault lock in our bathroom door walkway. Very cool. Also, it was 1 block from the main street for some shopping and breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots. The weekend we stayed there was a fest at Levee Park. It was a great time in Winona!

Super clean and conveniently located
The unit is on the ground floor of the historic exchange building right downtown Winona so you can walk anywhere you want. The unit is very modernly decorated and the bed was a memory foam mattress that gave us amazing sleep. Highly recommended this place.
