Excellent location both for walking and using public transport. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast got repetitive after a few days, but I realize not everyone stays for a week as I did. Having breakfast in the hotel was very convenient, as was the 24-hour coin operated laundry facilities.

I did not partake of breakfast so I cannot comment on this. The room was clean, staff professional. I had to play around with the air and heat as it seem stuffy and a bit to hot for my liking. The biggest surprise was the fact that I was charged for parking. This is the only but terrible issue that I faced. It is a shameless cash grab. I have never been charged for parking as a paying guest at a hotel before!

Room was clean . Staff was great, Hotel itself and rooms are dated but decently maintained. The king mattress in our room was very hard though and pillows lumpy. Overall it was a good place to stay instead of driving the hour home so late in the night

Was disappointed in the room, tv even with instructions did not work, the sink and tub drains were slow and the shower head was broken! Staff were friendly! Breakfast was continental but barely warm! They charge for parking even though it doesn’t say it anywhere! And if you use a different booking site their deposit is massive ($500) and not functional for most people! Generally I would likely choose somewhere else in the future!

The staff was amazing! Friendly polite helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was ok but what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Downsides....The key for my door stopped working, I had to pay park which I did not expect, the toilet was not flushing properly and the constant train noise across the way kept me awake, the elevator door wouldnt open at times and I had to push the open button to get out.
