The hotel staff were helpful but the room had some wear and tear (broken light switch, broken soap holder in the shower wall). The cleaning staff also only touched up one bed and left the other and did not touch up the bathroom either other than new towels. The area around the hotel was quite confusing so I am not certain I would stay here again.

Staff was nice, hotel was old. Elevators dirty and beat up, smelled a little like pot in certain areas. Room was fine. Couldn't figure out HVAC so just left it as-is. Found a gross press on fingernail on the carpet from prior guest. Overall fine, but nothing exceptional, I was in and out in 12 hours. Get what you pay for.

Staff seemd friendly at first but then they kept lying about everything, manager lied constantly stating we were told the waterslides and hotubs would be working, even tho on the website it did not state this. They told us all rooms were full but i could book online for that night, there was weird smells in the room coming from the fridge and bathroom area. All and all worst hotel experiance ive ever had.
