Front Desk clerk was rude and extremely unfriendly. I booked rooms for my employees and she got annoyed that she had to change the names of the guests in her system. Incredible!

Fantastic place to stay!
This is our second stay here. Stonecroft has been a great place to stay. The staff have been helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel is conveniently located. We intend on staying here when we return to Windsor.

If you are looking for a great hotel be it with family, friends or solo. This is the best place. They deliver what they show here, well equipped with all the essentials and very kind people at the desk. Safe place to park your car, numerous food options nearby and the cleanliness blew me away. Will definitely choose this hotel again!
