Newly renovated, clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful view of the St. Claire River. We asked for extra blankets for the pull out and the housekeeping staff brought them in less than 10 minutes. I should have asked about the parking situation because it was a little hard to figure out where the parking garage was and staff didn't mention it. Other than that, a good stay and as it is minutes from the tunnel to the U.S. it was convenient to stay here after going to a concert in Detroit.

The view of Detroit at night was Spectacular. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast and dinner at the River Room restaurant and the food was 5 star! The Gym and pool was clean and equipment was very up to date. This is my second time staying at this hotel this year and I would highly recommend it.

Staff, front desk restaurant staff. Renee and Jessica (front desk) and Christina (River Room) made an otherwise difficult experience very positive and memorable. My husband and I visited Windsor to commemorate our son's Heavenly anniversary 9/3 and our wedding anniversary 9/4/25. The thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism and going above and beyond the call of duty was commendable to say the least. We stayed at the Double Tree in Niagra Falls last week and the customer service was like night and day. We look forward to making visits to Windsor and staying at Double tree a tradition

Warmed cookies are the best part
