I called the hotel to ask for a room with a view, my daughter has recently had an operation and I wanted our trip to be special. After checking in, albeit we couldn’t get a view, the reception guy knocked with a welcome plate for my daughter and card to wish her better. Lovely hotel, very kind staff and very good value. Amazing location, good hotel for family stay!
Really amazing location minutes from windsor castle, the town centre, the riverside and the trains station. Beautiful reception, indoor and outdoor food and drinks area. Room was clean except some damage and mould in shower and on side of bath but bathroom was modern and clean. Just needs a little tlc. Overall brilliant central place to stay.

We very much enjoyed or time in Windsor and at the Castle Hotel. People were welcoming and helpful, room was clean and well-appointed, dining areas were clean and served excellent food, but the location was the real star of this show- just a few steps from everything! And the town was well organized. We did everything on foot, as in it was all just a few blocks away at most. I would stay here again if in Windsor!

Nice bed, very nice staff, Windsor not my cup of tea but was convenient. Hotel was surprisingly good, would stay again if I had to come to Windsor, which I hope I don't.
