"Beautiful hotel located within easy reach of Bath town centre. Plenty of parking on site, which was ideal after a long drive. After hours check-in was easy & efficient, with clear message from the owners beforehand. Our room was very clean & tidy, and offered lovely views over the town. The water pressure wasn't great in the shower, but it didn't affect our stay. The honesty bar downstairs was a nice touch too, with a range of drinks both alcohlic & non-alcoholic, with ice avaialble too. Breakfast was top quality both mornings, and we would highly recommend the Eggs Benedicts & Florentine. We'll certainly look to stay again on our next visit to Bath"

"Old hotel with character. Recent new management, very friendly staff with lovely craft beers on offer. Didn't try the food, but most tables were reserved, so a good sign !"

"Amazing hotel and the staff were great, could not of been more helpful after a last minute booking at 9pm after the original hotel we booked (The Crossways) was totally unacceptable to stay in due to our room being directly above the speakers for a Christmas Party they were hosting. Noise in the room was so loud no one would of been able to sleep and given we had a 6 year old child with us even more shocking they put us in that room. Room was spacious and comfy, location was amazing as we had the Xmas trip booked at Wookey Hole and the breakfast was by far one of the best we have had staying in hotels or even a restaurant. Highly recommended as a place to stay if going to Wookey Hole or just visiting the area. "
