Bertie is our lovely converted cosy 3-bedroom bus, set in an amazing, peaceful, elevated location with great field views. He has mains electricity, water, a fully equipped kitchen, with a small oven & fridge. A sitting room with fire, and a dining table for 8!
3 super comfy first floor beds in separate bedrooms, a BBQ, fire-pit, & outdoor furniture. Boasting an exceptionally unique driving seat toilet!

The space
Important : To provide better value for money we have reduced the price for groups less than 6, it is important you input the correct number of people.
Our beautifully unique site is quirky, laid back, and everything you need to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and delve into a picturesque piece of nature. With deer, rabbits, and pheasants in such abundance you’ll struggle to hurry them out of your path. A beautiful private field with toilets, water and showers and power just for you and your guests. This site is available all year round.
Please be aware we do have other accommodations on site in their own private corners. During our wetter winter months we highly recommend wellies. As we're set in a beautiful piece of nature, boggy patches do occur.

Kitchen is equipped with a double induction hob, a small oven, fridge with small ice box and enough cook utensils for simple meals and a cracking fry up!
Bedrooms we provide ALL bedding for 6 ppl, (Duvet, Pillows) if you are using the additional sofa bunks downstairs please be aware there are no curtain downstairs nor do we provide bedding.
Toilet is located on the drivers seat of the bus, we have 3 showers a stones throw from Bertie.
We do not provide SALT, PEPPER & COOKING OIL as airbnb says we do. (We can't remove this).
Guest access
Aside from the ample space surrounding Bertie the Bus, enough for a football game, rounders, water pistol fights etc...
We also have three hot showers a stone’s throw away from Bertie, plus four more mains flushing toilets just down the hill.
Please park in the circular carpark, and use the wheelbarrows to help get your things up to Bertie, at the top right of the hill.

Other things to note
We supply sheets, pillows & duvets.
There may be other guests staying in other parts of the farm, so no parties or sound systems please. Please tidy and wash up before you leave and put your rubbish in the large bin the main entrance gate on your way out.
Wifi is available on site through guest network. All the major networks work on site.
A friendly Cavalier King Charles spaniel lives on site, his name is Leo
As we are set a natural valley, it be a boggy in places, so don't forget your wellies, especially during the winter months.
Being in the country we have lots of wonderful wildlife such as deer, rabbits and pheasants, the country also comes with pesky insects such as mosquitoes and ticks, so please be aware of this.
During warmer months we will have camping groups staying with us too.
Strictly no noise after 10:00PM.
Being a wedding venue we are strictly no driving on the grass (this will result in lost deposit)
Strictly no parties
At Moonacre we strive to provide a venue that reconnects with nature and provides guests a rest from the outside world, we are strictly no sound systems you may use the stereos provided inside the accommodation.
Our communal Tepee is a great place to chill, but please keep noise to a minimal in this area.
