This was perfect! I wanted a suite facing the ocean where I could sit on the balcony and watch and hear the ocean - Surf Suites delivered completely!! Our rooms were very comfortable and VERY clean. The daily maid service was not something we needed but nice to know it was available. Our private balcony was perfect for seeing and hearing the ocean, and it was fun watching the resident rabbits. The kitchen was very well equipped for a family of 4. An extra bonus was being right next door to the Oceanic restaurant, which was also awesome! Will definitely return here.

Surfers paradise. Family place, not so much!
Hotel was pretty decent. Room was a little dirty but they let us check in early and I was grateful. View was decent. Pier blocks a lot. Access to beach was good. Not a family beach for sure. Overloaded with surfers all the time. Beautiful blue waters. Beach was very eroded and surf is heavy and dangerous. Not good for kids and even tough for experienced swimmers. Basically it’s a surf spot. Nothing bad to say about hotel really but I’d never stay in this area again. Visit SUNdays coffee spot. Great place. Overall it was ok.

The property is quiet and have perfect access to the beach. There are some options for the breakfast, lunch and dinner right next to the building. If you want something else — there are mane restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving. The room was clean as was the beach. A lot of surfers this time of the year. Weather was perfect for the vacation as well :)

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it especially the proximity to the beach, coffee shop and dining. My only issue this stay was on our last night of a 3 night stay I decided to turn on the bedroom TV as my husband was fishing and my youngest wanted to lay with me and watch TV, it was broken. I figured no biggie and she was fine. When we checked out i did the responsible thing and notified the front desk. We were stopped in the parking lot and questioned about it, I explained and the guy tried to blame my kids and basically accused us of lying but said he would let it go. It was really upsetting. Next time I will be sure to check that all the tv's are in working order at check in.

Nice setup with big balcony and good chairs. Not enough lighting or dim lights in living area. Good kitchen. Next door to good restaurant and long pier. Easy walk to beach but bugs did a job on my legs around 6 pm so be careful if you're prone to bites.

Loved the South End location. Beautiful beach, pool, and oceanfront balcony! Also kitchenette with full size stove, fridge and dishwasher...not that I actually cooked. Right next to Oceanic restaurant....very nice, laid back place. I will be back!

Perfect spot
Family trip to the beach. Great location. Building is getting old but is well maintained. Rooms are clean. Definitely worth coming back.
